🕒 1. Clock In / Clock Out
If your organization uses Time and Attendance, follow these steps:
Path:
Common > Time and Attendance > Electronic Timecard

Steps:
- Open the Electronic Timecard form.
- Click Clock-in to start your workday.
- Record Break times using the Break registration (if applicable).
- Click Clock-out when you finish your shift.
⏳ Note: Depending on your setup, breaks can be paid or unpaid and may require manual or automatic registration.
📅 2. Enter Project Time
If you’re working on specific projects, you can register hours under those projects:

Steps:
- In the same Electronic Timecard or Project Timesheet, enter:
- Start and End Time
- Project ID
- Activity / Task
- Category (e.g., development, consulting, testing)
- Description (optional, for detailed notes)
⛑ 3. Submit Timesheet
After filling out your working hours:

- Review entries for each day.
- Click Transfer to Send for Approval.
- Your manager or designated approver will receive a notification to review and approve.

Once a timesheet is submitted by an employee, managers can go to below path to approve it.
Path:
Time and Attendance > Review and approve > Approve.

Select the worker from the list and click on calculate.
